1. I receive your newsletter - does that mean I am a Premium Member?
Not necessarily. In order to be a Premium Member, you need to sign up for Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime Premium Membership. This will give you access to all of our Premium articles, tools, guides, webinars, and more.
If you have not signed up for Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime Membership, but still receive our free newsletter, this means that you are a Basic Member, with access to the free content on RainToday, but nothing more.

2. I ordered a recorded event or downloadable guide through the store, how do I access my order?
You may access your order in one of two ways:
3. I signed up for a free trial and want to attend an upcoming live event. Can I attend live webinars?
Free Trial Members have access to all member benefits with the exception of being able to attend live webinars and teleseminars. To upgrade your membership status, contact our customer service at 508-405-0438 or service@raintoday.com.
4. I missed the most recent webinar. Is a recording available?
Yes. If you registered for the webinar, or are a RainToday Premium Member, you will be sent a link to the recording as soon as it’s available. If not, you will be able to find the webinar in the On-Demand section of our Library. All on-demand webinars are free for Premium Members. If you are not a Premium Member, you can still purchase on-demand webinars for the price of $99 per webinar.
5. I tried signing up for a membership or free trial, but the system isn't letting me create an account. What does this mean?
If you this takes place, you either already signed up for a free trial in the past (one free trial per user) or you have purchased something from RainToday in the past, which required you to create an account.
You must first login into your account here and then continue the membership sign-up process.
6. What are the membership cancellation policies?
If you sign up for a 7-Day Free Trial, you may cancel anytime during your trial period you will not be billed. To cancel your membership you must call 508-405-0438, or email service@raintoday.com.
If you choose to stay on as premium member, upon your free trial expiration you will automatically become an Annual Premium Member for the price of $297. (Note this charge will appear from "RAIN Group" on your credit card statement). If you wish to upgrade to Lifetime Membership, you may do so in the “Manage My Account” section of your personalized Member Homepage.
NOTE: There are no refunds for unused months or cancellations made during your Premium Membership period. Read more about RainToday terms, conditions, and cancellation policies.
7. What is RainToday’s refund policy?
As stated in the answer to Question 6, there are no refunds granted for unused months or cancellations made during a Premium Membership period.
For all other purchases, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from RainToday, simply return it within 20 days of your purchase and we will refund you 100% of your money.

For PDFs and other electronic documents, please delete them from your computer's hard drive and destroy any printed copies. Then send a signed letter to the above address indicating you have done so.
For events produced by RainToday, cancellations received more than 7 days before the event will be refunded 100% of their registration fee. If you attend the event and are not 100% satisfied, we will refund your registration fee, no questions asked. However, if you are unable to attend and do not contact us at least 7 days prior to the event, you will not receive a refund.
Please note that there may be events sponsored by or advertised on RainToday that we do not produce and we are neither responsible for nor involved with their registration, cancellation, and satisfaction policies.
8. What articles can I access for free?
All articles are open access (free) for the first seven days they are published (Wednesday to Wednesday). If you subscribe to the Rainmaker Report newsletter, you will be sent an email each Wednesday that includes the week's open access articles.
After seven days, the articles are placed into the article archive available exclusively to RainToday Premium Members.
9. Can I purchase research and attend events without signing up for a membership?
Yes. Research and webinars are all available for individual purchase, as are many of our guides and tools (though some are available only to Premium Members). Premium Members have free access to all webinars, guides, and tools, and get a 20% discount on all research reports.
10. Are group discounts available on RainToday Premium Membership?
Group discounts are available for groups of 2 or more. Visit our Group and Corporate Membership page for more information.
11. How do I change the email address on my account?
You may manage your subscription by logging into your account and editing the email address in your profile.
12. I have a charge from "RAIN Group" on my credit card statement - what is your affiliation?
RAIN Group is RainToday.com's publisher and all charges made through RainToday.com will appear from "RAIN Group" on your credit card statement. If you have any questions about charges, please call us at 508-405-0438.
13. I’m enrolled in one of your online training programs. Does that make me a RainToday Premium Member?
No. RainToday Premium Membership and online training are separate entities, and enrollment in one does not include enrollment in the other. However, as a member benefit, RainToday Premium Members will receive a 20% discount on any online training program in which they wish to enroll.
14. How can I upgrade my membership?
To upgrade your membership from Basic to Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime, simply visit our Membership page and select the option you want.
To upgrade from one Premium Membership level to another, visit your “Manage My Account” page and select the "Upgrade My Membership" option. From there, select the level of membership you'd like to purchase, and complete the checkout process.
