5 Strategies to Proactively Get Client Testimonials

Offering an amazing service on your website won't deliver results without the discipline of regular marketing efforts to drive prospects to the site and painstakingly following up with them.

When it comes to collecting testimonials, the same principles apply. Placing a form on your website and waiting for clients to fill it out will not deliver the results you want. You must instead develop a process to regularly and systematically gather testimonials. Such a process includes the following:

1. Build Requests into Your Standard Process

The more people you ask for testimonials, the more you will receive. And the easiest way to do that is to ask each of your clients. Before you do, make sure they've had sufficient time to experience your services. With that experience they can better talk about the benefits of what you do.
