Larry Gard, Ph.D. heads Hamilton-Chase Consulting, a Chicago-based firm that develops leaders and organizations.
Dr. Gard has consulted in the area of performance enhancement since 1991, helping executives, managers, and their companies overcome the all-too-human obstacles that impede productivity and profitability. He has worked with top-level professionals from a variety of fields, helping business owners capitalize on their strengths, turning managers into leaders, and resolving unspoken barriers among team members. He also helps firms refine their interview and selection process so that their hiring and promotion decisions are more accurate and objective.
Dr. Gard did his undergraduate work at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where he received a bachelor's degree in psychology with honors. His doctorate in clinical psychology is from Northwestern University Medical School. He is a member of the Society of Consulting Psychology, Division 13 of the American Psychological Association.
