| My Thoughts | Reading Alan's article reminded me of a story often heard around baseball fields when hitting instructors are asked the proverbial question, "how do I improve?" The answer is commonly some variation of, "see the ball, hit the ball." If only it were that easy! Alan is right that you cannot merely parrot or mimic someone else's approach and that without the personal/professional understanding that you bring - it is a less than satisfactory outcome that awaits. |
