My Thoughts: Part inspiration, part tough love, I thoroughly enjoyed Gale's article - both as a business professional and a woman who is the rainmaker in my firm. I, too, believe that "different is good" and I stress this mindset whenever someone asks me what it's like being a woman working in the technology industry.
