Last week, I attended the Legal Sales and Service Organization's (LSSO) RainDance™ 2005 Conference in Boston for rainmakers and service professionals in the field of law. "Service” to clients was a primary focus among the lawyers, chief marketing officers, business development managers, and consultants in attendance. It is even listed as one of the “Eight Survival Secrets” for business development and marketing professionals in the field of law, according to the keynote State of the Industry address.
