Prior to her work with RainToday.com, Erica was a consultant with RAIN Group where she worked with a variety of professional services firms to strengthen their marketplace messages and competitive positioning through their online presence.

Her consulting work with clients also included planning, creating, and implementing brands, direct marketing, and lead generation programs. In addition, she has worked and consulted on ecommerce sites, weekly and monthly enewsletters, and business book marketing.
A much sought after expert in online marketing for professional services, Erica has been quoted in publications such as MarketingProfs and Entrepreneur Magazine. Erica is author of numerous articles, research reports, and guides, including Fees and Pricing Benchmark Report: Architecture, Engineering, & Construction Industry 2008, The Professional Services Guide to Online PR, and How to Write and Market a White Paper.
