1. I receive your newsletter - does that mean I am a member?

There are 3 levels of engagement on RainToday.com:

  • Newsletter Subscriber: Free - Receive the weekly newsletter, Rainmaker Report. Manage your subscription - only your email is required. 
  • RainToday Store Account: Free - Create an account through the RainToday Store and all purchase activity will be stored. Login to your account through the Account Login - email, password, and registration is required.
  • RainToday Member: Paid Annual Membership - Receive access to all the RainToday.com Member benefits - email, password, and registration is required.

Note: if you have a store account and are trying to sign up for a membership, you must first login to your account and the membership form will automatically populate with your information.

2. I ordered a recorded event or downloadable guide through the store, how do I access my order?

Upon checkout you were asked to create an account with your username (email address) and password. You may login to this account here. Please note: this will only give you access to your purchase history, to take advantage of the full member benefits - you need to sign up for an annual membership.

3. I signed up for a free trial and want to attend an upcoming live event. Can I upgrade membership?

Free trial members have access to all member benefits with the exception of being able to attend live webinars and teleseminars. To upgrade your membership status, contact our customer service at 508-405-0438 or service@raintoday.com.

4. I tried signing up for a membership or free trial, but it is telling me that my "Email address already exists in the database." What does this mean?

If you get the, "Email address already exists in database" error, you either already signed up for a free trial in the past (one free trial per user) or you have purchased something from the RainToday Store in the past, which required you to create an account.

You must first login into your account here and the membership form will populate with your information.

5. What are the membership cancellation policies?

Your 7-day trial is free. If you cancel anytime during your trial period you will not be billed. To cancel your membership you must call 508-405-0438.

If you choose to stay on as member (and we think you will) upon your free trial expiration you will automatically become a full member for the annual membership price of $299. (Note this charge will appear from "Wellesley Hills Group" on your credit card statement.)

RainToday.com Membership is an annual membership and there are no refunds for unused months or cancellations made during your membership period. Read more about RainToday terms, conditions, and cancellation policies.

6. What articles can I access for free?

All articles are open access (free) for the first seven days they are published (Wednesday to Wednesday). If you subscribe to the Rainmaker Report newsletter, you will be sent an email each Wednesday with the week's open access articles.

After seven days, the articles are placed into the article archive available exclusively to RainToday.com Members.

7. Can I purchase research and attend events without signing up for a membership?

Yes. All products in the RainToday.com store are available for individual purchase. Members receive a great deal of these products free, attend all webinars free, and get a 20% discount on all research reports.

8. Are group discounts available on RainToday.com Membership?

Group discounts are available for groups of 2 or more. Visit our Corporate Membership page for more information.

9. How do I change the email address of my newsletter subscription?

You may manage your subscription by visiting here and entering the email address you are currently subscribed under.

10. I have a charge from "Wellesley Hills Group" on my credit card statement - what is your affiliation?

Wellesley Hills Group is RainToday.com's publisher and all charges made through RainToday.com will appear from "Wellesley Hills Group" on your credit card statement. If you have any questions about charges, please call us at 508-405-0438.
