What I'm Reading
I listen to a lot of NPR in the car. Seth Godin's blog, TED.com, Fistful of Talent, Mashable, and Boston.com are among the sources I regularly go to for a good think, however, I am always stumbling upon new ones.
Favorite Pastimes
I am an active martial artist in Seirenkai Karate and Jujistu which focuses on practical self-defense. If I take off from work a little early, it is likely that I am headed to do bunkai from my favorite kata, to get thrown in kata garuma by Erica, or to learn and practice disarming a tori.
I am up for canoeing, four-wheeling, hiking, kayaking, skiing, swimming, and walking. Among indoor activities, I like playing Guitar Hero, Mario Cart, or Wii Fit, baking the best quick breads ever, following a recipe from a Mollie Katzen cookbook, trying a new arts & craft project, playing with my two cats, popping in a new DVD from Netflix, or watching TV shows I'm embarrassed to mention by name.
