I am not an expert on search engine optimization (SEO) nor do I aspire to be one. Like most service providers, I'm often too busy tending to client needs to tend to my website. And like many of you, I work alone – I have no IT department or Web developer to help me.
And yet...I've been able to more than double my Web traffic over the last few months. This,
despite my technology ignorance and overall lack of Internet sophistication.
Good news: If I can do it, you can do it. You're probably far more tech-savvy than I am. And if you're pursuing a marketing strategy that depends on posting quality, "thought leadership" material on your site, then optimizing your pages for increased traffic is an inexpensive project that should be at the top of your marketing to-do list.
