It's back-to-school time and, in that spirit, I'm handing out grades for professional services websites. Sadly, most everyone gets an "F."
Having worked with many professional services firms and researched many others, I can say most firms' websites are not up to snuff (especially small and mid-sized ones). They think that creating a brochure and then repurposing it for the online realm is enough.
It's not.
And with 69% of buyers visiting your site before deciding whether or not to contact you,1 the influence of your website cannot be overstated.
