John Doehring is Senior Vice President at ZweigWhite, a management consulting and business information services provider focused in the A/E, planning and environmental consulting industry. He is Managing Director of the firm’s strategic and financial services consulting group, and advises firm leaders on strategies for improving business and creating sustainable success.
Primary areas of focus include creating and implementing effective business strategy, enhancing sales and marketing results, improving organizational effectiveness, and developing management and leadership teams. Doehring is frequently a speaker at industry, company and client conferences and seminars, including national and regional audiences with ACEC, AIA, SAME, and NSPE, and ZweigWhite’s own Hot Firm, Best Firm, A/E Marketing Now, and Mergers and Acquisitions summits.
