A year ago, in the midst of the worst economic recession many of us have ever witnessed, RainToday.com launched a series of case studies called What's Working in Marketing & Selling Professional Services. The goal was to gather and share the specific actions taken and insights gained by B2B service professionals as they tackled, head-on, the marketing and sales challenges facing their firms.
We learned business owners and marketing and sales professionals are a creative and resilient bunch. Despite the down economy and limited resources, plenty of firms maintained pipelines and closed new business.
