Hilary JM Topper, MPA, has more than 30 years of public relations, advertising, and marketing experience. In March 1992, she founded HJMT Communications, LLC, a boutique public relations, event planning, social media & graphic design agency.
Prior to HJMT Communications, LLC, Hilary was Director of Public Relations and Development at Professional Service Centers for the Handicapped, Inc. She has also worked for Ruder Finn Public Relations; Hill Holliday; Connors, Cosmopulos, Inc., Public Relations; Ogilvy & Mather Public Relations; Clairol, Inc.; and Public I Publicity.
Hilary has received numerous awards and honors for her accomplishments within the industry from PRWeek, Long Island Business News, Newsday, Girl Scouts of Nassau County, the Communicator, International Association of Business Communicators, Long Island Center for Business and Professional Women, Diversity Business.com, and the Stevie Awards.
She is a published author and has given numerous speeches and seminars across the country. In 2009 Hilary published a book on social media titled Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Social Media but were afraid to ask....
