4. Membership Terms, Conditions, and Cancellation

• Your 7-day trial is free. Your credit card will be authorized for the full membership fee and not charged until you decide to stay on as a member. If you cancel anytime during your trial period you will not be billed. If you choose to stay on as a member upon your free trial expiration you will automatically become a full member for the current annual membership fee.
• If a Member at your organization changes jobs, you can re-assign their Membership to another colleague quickly and easily. Contact us and we'll change the user name and password immediately at no additional charge. Refunds will not be granted.
• Annual membership is granted as an individual single user license for any content including but not limited to webinars, research, tools, guides, articles, member-only content, teleseminars, or any other RainToday.com material. Group licenses can be purchased for use by more than one user.
• Lifetime membership refers to the lifetime that RainToday.com exists. As long as RainToday.com is live and owned by RAIN Group, LLC, lifetime members will have access to RainToday Member content. A lifetime membership is a single user license and is non-transferable.

  5. NO WARRANTY. THE SITE AND ALL MATERIALS PROVIDED ON THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
