For PDF's and other electronic documents, please delete them from your computer's hard drive and destroy any printed copies. Then send a signed letter to the above address indicating you have done so.
For events produced by RainToday, cancellation received more than 7 days before the event will be refunded 100% of their registration fee. If you attend the event and are not 100% satisfied we will refund you registration fee, no questions asked. However, if you are unable to attend and do not contact us at least 7 days prior to the event, you will not receive a refund.
